The AxiWinCam model has a 120-degree field of vision lens that picks up both daytime and nighttime activity. It operates at thirty frames per second and is always recording, making it the most advanced product on the market and twice as effective as other products.

The “trigger” mechanism is self-activating based on an event, such as a collision, and more sensitive than the requirements for airbag deployment. The driver always has the option of manually activating the device at any time he or she chooses, should it be a fender bender with no airbag deployment or should the front of the car be pointed at an “event.”

Installation could not be easier. Simply affix the unit to the windshield on the other side of the rear view mirror, plug the power cord into the lighter socket, and point the laser beam 12-15 inches above the end of the front hood.

For those that want to hardwire the unit, the provided auxiliary power cord is long enough to wire into the fuse panel and can be readily installed by any professional mechanic.

Always recording but will not download onto the SD card until an incident or unless you push the manual override button (see below).

Manual Override Button:
